At Suffer More Athletics, we move fast—because you don’t wait around, and neither should your gear.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
- During high-volume drops or launches, processing times may be slightly longer
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $80.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item:
- Your order will ship once the product is available
- Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together unless otherwise requested
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your gear every step of the way.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Suffer More Athletics is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage so we can make it right
Incorrect Shipping Information
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
